Terms of Use

These terms apply to the RSJB apps — Rsf2, RDX and Tonic. By using any of them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the apps on devices you control. You may not modify, translate or create derivative works; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble; copy, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense; remove copyright notices; or circumvent protection measures.

2. Your content

The files, voices and presets you open, create or export are yours — the app acquires no rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you import.

3. Third-party rights

SoundFonts and voice cartridges may be subject to licenses set by their original creators. It is your responsibility to honour them when merging, splitting or redistributing results.

4. No warranty

The apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that they are error-free or that generated files are compatible with every piece of hardware or software. Back up your files before processing them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of files or data, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the apps.

6. Trademarks

The apps are independent products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any synthesizer manufacturer. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and, where mentioned, are used only to describe compatibility.

7. Updates and discontinuation

We may update the apps, add or remove features, or discontinue them at any time. You are not entitled to compensation for removed features or discontinuation.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP.
